A musical instrument in the aircraft cabin can be transported as:
Hand baggage (only if it complies with the permitted dimensions and weight, see below);
In a separately purchased additional seat;
One additional piece of hand baggage per passenger. The instrument’s dimensions and weight must not exceed 110x30x30 cm and 10 kg. The instrument must be securely packed in a case and ensure safety during transportation. Paid service (see detailed information below).

Size, weight, and quantity of hand baggage:
One piece of hand baggage per passenger.
Up to 5 kg can be transported for free. Maximum dimensions are 56x23x36 cm.
You can pay to increase it to 10 kg, but the quantity and dimensions must adhere to the same limits - one piece of hand baggage with dimensions 56x23x36* cm
Any hand baggage, including musical instruments, must fit into an Airline Baggage Sizer with all accessories (packaging, case, etc.)
* A musical instrument that does not exceed these dimensions is considered hand baggage; however, since the quantity of hand baggage is limited to one piece, all other belongings of the passenger must be checked as baggage after payment.
To ensure passenger comfort, the safety of musical instruments, and the right of other passengers to sufficient space for their hand baggage, we also offer the option to purchase an adjacent seat for the musical instrument (see information below) if it exceeds the dimensions of hand baggage, including the case. Strict rules regarding hand baggage in low-cost carriers are due to the large number of passengers on board, and each traveler should have the opportunity to accommodate their hand baggage. These rules are applied by other low-cost carriers worldwide.

The cost of the service corresponds to the cost of an additional seat on board at the current available fare.
If the service is not arranged, the musical instrument must be checked in the baggage compartment (the airline is not responsible for the instrument's safety) or left in the airport storage facility.
Musical instrument as an additional hand baggage
This service allows passengers to carry a musical instrument in the aircraft cabin as an additional piece of hand baggage. This is a paid service.
The service is available:
on domestic and international flights;
for adult passengers and children.
The number of musical instruments allowed on board under with this service is limited:
maximum of 3 musical instruments per flight;
no more than 1 musical instrument per passenger.
The musical instrument is carried in the aircraft cabin and placed on the overhead baggage shelf.
The size and weight of the instrument must not exceed:
Dimensions: 110 x 30 x 30 cm;
Weight: 10 kg.
The instrument must be securely packed in a case and ensure safety during transportation.
The service can be booked independently:
on the official airline website;
in the mobile application;
through the contact center;
through travel agencies;
at the airport (if the number of available instruments on the flight permits).
The service can be purchased online or through the contact center no later than 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure.
Passengers using this service can check-in:
online;
at the airport (for an additional fee).
Placing the instrument on board is the responsibility of the passenger.
The airline is not responsible for any possible damage due to improper packaging. If the established dimensions and/or weight are exceeded, the musical instrument may be checked in as registered baggage for an additional fee according to the airline's fare rules.
The company is not responsible for the safekeeping.
If the passenger cancels the service, the refund is made in accordance with the airline's additional service refund policy.
Please note, each FlyArystan flight can accommodate up to 188 passengers, and the number of spaces on overhead shelves for hand baggage is limited. It is, therefore, crucial to adhere to the established hand baggage norms. We kindly ask each passenger to respect these requirements; otherwise, we may be compelled to deny carriage.
