What documents are required to purchase a ticket?

If you are planning a domestic flight, you will need an ID card or a passport.
For international flights, a passport is mandatory.
Foreign nationals must provide the details of a passport issued by the country of their citizenship when purchasing a ticket.

What is the correct format when idicating the first and last name (surname) when buying a ticket?

You need to write the passenger's last name (surname) and first name in Latin letters, the same as they are indicated on your passport/ID card.
